Public defence of doctoral dissertation at Malmö Theatre Academy: Steinunn Hildigunnur Knúts Önnudóttir

How little is enough? an illustration

On Friday, 27 September 2024 Steinunn Hildigunnur Knúts Önnudóttir will defend her doctoral thesis at Malmö Theatre Academy. The title of her thesis is How little is enough? Sustainable methods of performance for transformative encounters.

The faculty opponent is professor Rebecca Hilton from Stockholm University of the Arts. 

The public examination continues until all questions to the respondent from the opponent, the examining committee and the audience have been discussed.

Exposition

In connection to the defence, the project will be presented through a mixed media exposition containing photos, texts, video, audio, manuscripts and a do-it-yourself-performance at IAC (Inter Art Center). 

When: September 26, at 17.00 and from 10.00 on the day of the defence September 27.
